When Will I Receive My Order?
We have a standard time of up to 5 working days for us to pack and dispatch your order but we are usually much quicker! Our working & posting days are as follows; Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. We post all parcels 1st Class, and they usually arrive 1-2 days from dispatch once Royal Mail have them.
Orders Placed after 12pm Saturday
Our final post office collection for the week is 1pm on Saturday. We will be re-open to continue to fulfill and pack orders from the following Wednesday.
PLEASE NOTE - Our monthly 7pm restock gets very busy, so orders may take slightly longer than regular times in the month.
Any recent strike action by Royal Mail may delay your order once we have packed and dispatched from our HQ.
What Happens If My Parcel Does Not Arrive?
Apologies if your parcel hasn't arrived! We are required to wait 10 working days from the date your parcel was expected to arrive before we can make a claim with Royal Mail. If it has been 10 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our website chat with your order number so that we can go ahead with the claim.
How Much Is Postage & Packaging?
All our standard parcels are sent using 1st Class Royal Mail, starting from £3.80. For larger items such as Wax Melt Burners, or orders with a large number of Snap Bars, postage will be calculated based on the weight & size of the parcel. High Value orders will be sent as 1st Class Tracked to ensure they can be located and arrive safely.
Are any items non-refundable?
Gift cards are non-refundable but the value can be transferred if you do not think you will use it. Just share the voucher code in your E-GIFT CARD email.
Can I Spread The Cost or Pay Later?
Yes, We now accept KLARNA which gives you the option to 'Pay in 3' or to 'Pay Later'. You will need to download the KLARNA APP and sign up prior to placing your order with us, and then you can choose this option at the checkout to split your payments or pay later.
